Get help with the Speedy Reader iPhone app or website. No account is required to use the reader.
Email info@speedyreader.lol with your device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not email confidential reading material.
START A READING SESSION
- Use the built-in demo, paste text, choose a text-based PDF, or enter a secure article URL.
- Set your preferred words-per-minute speed.
- Select Start Reading. Pause, resume, reset, or move the position control whenever needed.
PDF DOESN’T LOAD
Some PDFs are scanned images and do not contain selectable text. Try selecting text in the PDF first. If it cannot be selected, use optical-character-recognition software or paste a text version into Speedy Reader.
ARTICLE URL DOESN’T LOAD
Use a complete secure URL beginning with https://. Some publishers block automated retrieval or build pages entirely with scripts. If importing fails, open the article, copy its text, and paste it into Text mode.
PROGRESS OR LEADERBOARD
Progress and personal-best results are stored locally. Clearing browser site data, deleting the iPhone app, or reinstalling it removes those local results. Speedy Reader does not currently synchronize progress between devices.
ACCESSIBILITY
The iPhone app supports VoiceOver-adjustable reading controls. If you encounter an accessibility issue, email us with the screen and control involved so we can investigate.
BILLING AND ACCOUNTS
Speedy Reader currently has no account system, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or advertising. You should not be asked for payment information by the app or website.
